Rather than focusing on getting it right, this series invites rhythm and repetition - allowing the body to learn gradually and the mind to soften into the experience.
Each week builds a choreographed sequence, breaking it down into accessible parts while refining timing and musicality. You’ll explore how movement connects to breath and beat, how repetition creates familiarity, and how flow becomes something you feel rather than think about.
