Aerial Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

  • YOGABLOOM Pfluggässlein 1 Basel, BS, 4001 Switzerland (map)

Slow down, soften, and be held during this special Aerial Yin Yoga and Sound Bath. Blending gentle, long-held stretches in a low hammock with the immersive resonance of crystal singing bowls, this is a space where deep rest can happen and the nervous system can reset.

What to Expect

Your experience begins with a one-hour Aerial Yin Yoga session, using a low-hammock setting. The fabric supports your body close to the ground, allowing you to fully surrender into longer-held poses that open hips, spine, shoulders and heart.

The practice gradually transitions into an extended, fully supported savasana in the hammock, softly cocooned by the fabric. While you rest, live crystal singing bowls fill the space with warm, layered tones. The vibrations guide your body and mind into stillness, helping release tension and restore balance.

This is a gentle, inward-focused practice - not acrobatic - designed for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. No prior Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

  • Hammock support provides safety, subtle traction and comfort

  • Yin postures release deep held tension

Together, they create a profoundly nourishing, meditative and restorative experience.

Meet your Facilitators

Margherita teaches Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga, inspired by the endless possibilities the hammock offers. With a background in architecture and design, she carefully crafts each class - weaving breath, movement and meditation into a balanced, creative experience.

Michael bridges two worlds: musician and audio engineer, and nearly two decades in nursing. Using crystal singing bowls, breath and silence, he creates warm, unhurried sessions that guide participants into deep relaxation and inner listening.
