Find Your Inversion is a four-week progressive series designed to help you explore yoga inversions safely, confidently and at your own pace. Rather than rushing toward “perfect” poses, this series invites curiosity, strength-building and embodied understanding - meeting each inversion from a beginner’s lens.
Each week focuses on one foundational inversion, breaking it down into accessible steps using thoughtful sequencing, strength and mobility work, wall support, props and clear alignment cues. You’ll learn how to approach inversions, why certain actions matter and when to pause, modify or progress - so the practice feels supportive rather than intimidating.

Week 2 (16. March at 18:30 - 19:30) : Headstand
Week 3 (23. March at 18:30 - 19:30) : Forearm Stand
Week 4 (30. March at 18:30 - 19:30) : Handstand Foundations
