Why do you practice yoga? Is it for strength… flexibility… a moment of peace? Or something you can’t quite name - but keep coming back for?
On International Yoga Day, we invite you into a different kind of practice. A 2-hour immersive journey guided by two teachers, Mahela and Emily, and carried by live music and gentle mantra with Martin.
Together, we’ll explore yoga beyond the surface through the koshas, the five layers of being. From the physical body, into the breath, into the subtle movements of the mind… and perhaps, into something deeper and more spacious.
We begin in motion - fluid, breath-led vinyasa to awaken and energize, accompanied by live music that rises and softens with the rhythm of the practice.
Then slowly, we descend into stillness. Through longer-held yin postures, we move beyond the muscles into the deeper connective tissues - inviting a more meditative, inward experience for you to feel, observe and soften.
In savasana, you’ll be held by gentle live mantra and guitar, an invitation to fully receive.
Woven throughout: subtle philosophy, story and sound… inviting not just practice, but experience. This is not about doing more. It’s about sensing more.
All levels welcome
