If arm balances have ever felt mysterious, intimidating or just out of reach - this workshop is for you. We’ll break arm balances down to their essentials, exploring where lift actually comes from and how strength, mobility and technique work together to create balance.
Designed for students new to arm balancing (or those who’ve tried and felt stuck), this session emphasizes intelligent preparation and skill-building over forcing shapes or chasing poses.
Rather than focusing on whether you get an arm balance, we’ll focus on how to build the foundations that make arm balances accessible and sustainable. Expect to explore and work toward poses such as Bakasana (Crow), Tittibhasana (Firefly), Astavakrasana (Eight Angle), Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II and other arm balances - with thoughtful progressions and supportive variations along the way.
