YOGA FOR KIDS
YOGABLOOM offers child-centered classes that explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and relaxation techniques while also conveying lessons about self-care, kindness, respect and more. Themed classes incorporate games, storytelling, music and art to engage the energy and enthusiasm of your child. Yoga play encourages and develops coordination, emotional calm, physical strength, awareness, flexibility, and self-confidence.

TODDLER YOGA SERIES
2 - 4 YRS, PLUS CAREGIVER
Get your little one started on their yoga journey! Physical play joins creativity in this class attended by toddlers and their parent or caregiver. Through animal poses, songs, stories and games we will slither and fly into new yoga worlds together. Toddlers will tap into a healthy outlet for boundless energy, newfound physical capabilities, and their colorful imagination. Parents & caregivers: bring your laughter and be prepared to get a little silly. Toddler yoga is child-centered and offered in English.
KIDS YOGA SERIES
5 - 8 YRS
Finally a Yoga Class just for your child! We believe that kids learn best when they are being creative and having fun. This Class Series is designed to help your child develop important psychological, physical and emotional skills through yoga play and movement. In this nurturing and supportive environment your child will make powerful connections with others and with their Self in a non-competitive and enriching way. This class is child-centered and offered in English.
TWEEN YOGA (9 - 12 YRS) SERIES
Yoga helps us deal with life situations from a position of calm and strength. It can help “tweens” understand what’s going on in life, giving them a moment to step back from the everyday and see their Self and their bodies better. Through asana (posture) practice, physical challenges, thoughtful games, meditation and breath practices yoga is a place to develop strength and self-confidence, focus and balance, inner peace and more all in an atmosphere of fun. This Series is offered primarily in English.
YOGA IN YOUR SCHOOL
YOGABLOOM is currently located at 3 International Schools in Basel: Bilingual Kids Academy in Gellert, Bilingual Kids Academy at Spalentor as well as Academia International School in Kleinhünigen. We have also created a special event Kids AcroYoga Class at Swiss International School in 2017. YOGA FOR (JUST) YOUR CHILD
Is your child interested in Yoga? Sometimes it makes more sense for us to come to you - meeting you at a time that works for your schedule. We can come to your house for a lesson or book a private session in a local Studio. Private lessons can be done for one child, multiple children (maybe a birthday party!?) or for your Family.
