Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer a safe, nurturing space for expectant mothers to move, breathe and connect. Through gentle flows, pelvic floor exercises, meditation and breathwork, you’ll cultivate relaxation, strength and self-awareness to support both body and mind during pregnancy. These classes also provide a beautiful opportunity to share experiences with other women, building confidence and community as you prepare for birth.

A minimum of 3 participants is required to confirm the series (please register at least one week before).
Need to miss a class? You can reschedule one session into another series or an open-level yoga class from our ongoing schedule.
We recommend joining from the 14th week of pregnancy, with your doctor or midwife’s approval. No prior yoga experience is needed - just bring yourself, your baby bump and an open heart.
