Find Your Arm Balance is a four-week series designed to help you explore arm balances safely, confidently and at your own pace. Rather than rushing toward perfect poses, this series invites curiosity, strength-building and embodied understanding - approaching arm balances from a beginner-friendly perspective.
Each week focuses on one foundational arm balance, breaking it down into accessible steps using thoughtful sequencing, core and shoulder strength work, hip mobility, props and clear alignment cues. You’ll learn how to approach arm balances, why certain actions matter, and when to pause, modify or progress - so the practice feels supportive rather than intimidating.
